Instructions

Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat. When the butter melts, add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are softened.

Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the spices are fragrant. Add the paneer cubes and mix gently. Add the cream, salt, and a cup of water. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes until the paneer is cooked through.

Uncover and cook for a few minutes until the gravy thickens. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or naan.
