Ingredients
This delicious fish pie recipe is inspired by the Dreamlight Valley in Disney. The ingredients for this recipe are simple and easy to find in your local grocery store. You will need:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of white wine

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until they are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add the white wine and cook for another minute. Add the thyme, nutmeg, and flour and stir until combined. Add the fish stock and bay leaf. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the bay leaf.
Add the salmon, cod, peas, corn, Parmesan, cream, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook until the mixture is thick and creamy, about 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine the shredded Cheddar cheese, cracker crumbs, and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the fish pie. Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
