4. Add the onion, tomato, green chilli and potato and stir to combine.
5. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the peas, stir to combine and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Add the freshly chopped coriander and salt to taste.
8. Stir to combine and cook for a few minutes until the potatoes are cooked through.
9. Serve hot with methi parathas.
