Ingredients
- 200g chocolate (dark, milk or a combination of both)
- 4tbsp Baileys (or any other Irish cream liqueur)
- 4tbsp double cream
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
Begin by breaking the chocolate into small chunks and place in a glass bowl. Put the bowl over a pan of boiling water and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Make sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
Once the chocolate is melted, add the Baileys and double cream and stir until everything is combined. Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray, spreading it out evenly. Place in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
Once set, use a teaspoon to scoop out small amounts of the mixture and shape into balls. Place them onto a plate lined with baking parchment. Once all the mixture is used up, put the plate of truffles into the fridge for another hour.
Finally, take the truffles out of the fridge and roll in cocoa powder. Serve, and enjoy!
