Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan with vegan butter.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, butter, sugar, ground flaxseed, almond milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, and bake for 55-60 minutes. To check if the banana bread is done, insert a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the bread is done.
