Ingredients



- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions



1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and season with the garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

3. In a separate shallow dish, beat the eggs.

4. In a third shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then dredge in the bread crumb and Parmesan mixture.

6. Drizzle the chicken breasts with the olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.

7. Cook the chicken breasts in the air fryer for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

8. Once the chicken is cooked, top each breast with 1/4 cup of marinara sauce and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.

9. Return the chicken to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
