  • 3 cups of gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven



Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan and set aside.

Step 2: Make the Batter



In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add the butter and mix until crumbly. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until well combined.

Step 3: Add Walnuts and Coffee



Stir in the walnuts and coffee. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
