How To Make Bake With Shivesh Eggless Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
This delicious, moist, and fluffy eggless chocolate cake is made using Shivesh’s recipe and is sure to be a hit at your next gathering. To make this cake, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
To make this delicious eggless chocolate cake, start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until the batter is smooth and well blended. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.
Frosting
Once your cake is completely cooled, you can frost it with your favorite chocolate frosting. For this recipe, I recommend using Shivesh’s Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. To make the frosting, beat together 1/2 cup of softened butter, 2 cups of powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until light and fluffy. Spread the frosting over the top and sides of the cake. You can also decorate the cake with sprinkles, if desired.
