Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes, boiled and mashed

Instructions
In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients together and make sure to break any lumps. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into balls.
In a separate bowl, add chickpea flour and enough water to make a thick batter. Heat oil in a deep-frying pan over medium heat. Dip the potato balls in the batter and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp. Once done, remove the vadas from the oil and drain on a paper towel.
