Ingredients

Instructions
In a large bowl, add the wheat flour, mashed potatoes, fenugreek leaves, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt. Mix everything together until a soft dough is formed. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball. Dust the balls with some flour and flatten each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place one of the parathas on the pan and cook for about 1 minute. Flip over and cook the other side for another minute. Brush the paratha with some oil and cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
Repeat the same process with the remaining parathas. Serve the Aloo Methi Parathas hot with some yogurt and pickles.
