2. Heat the ghee in a pan and add the potatoes and peanuts. Fry for about 5 minutes until the potatoes are slightly golden and the peanuts are lightly toasted.

3. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Fry for a few seconds and then add the sago pearls. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the sago pearls have absorbed all the liquid and are cooked through.

5. Add the lemon juice and stir. Turn off the heat and garnish with the chopped fresh coriander leaves.
