Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper and mix until spices are evenly distributed.
4. Add crumbled tofu and cook for a few minutes until lightly browned.
5. Add corn and black beans and cook for a few more minutes.
6. Heat tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for a few minutes.
