Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and stir in the sugar. Make a well in the centre and add the eggs, mashed banana, melted butter and milk. Beat together until everything is combined and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Leave to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
