Next, add the finely chopped fenugreek leaves to the dough and knead it for a few minutes until the leaves are evenly distributed. Now, divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and cook the parathas for about two minutes on each side, until it is golden-brown and cooked through. Serve the Methi parathas hot, with a side of pickle or chutney.
