This Rava Dosa recipe is quick and easy to make. Follow these instructions to make this delicious dish.- In a bowl, mix together the rava, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asafoetida powder, grated coconut, chopped onion, and salt.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of oil and spread it evenly over the pan.
- Pour a ladleful of the rava mixture into the pan and spread it out in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
- Cook the dosa until it turns golden brown on the underside. Flip the dosa and cook the other side until it is also golden brown.
