Ingredients

Instructions

To make the cake, start by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease two 8-inch (20 cm) round cake pans and line them with parchment paper. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add in the oil and whisk until blended. Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla extract and mix until just combined.
