- 2 cups of polenta
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions



To make the polenta chips, you need to start by adding the polenta and water to a pot. Bring it to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Once it starts to thicken, stir in the olive oil and salt. Continue to cook for another 10 minutes before turning off the heat.

Once the polenta has set, remove it from the dish and cut into chips of desired thickness. Place them on a plate and set aside.

Heat a shallow amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chips in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy.
