Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

Instructions:
Making the Cake:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line two 8 inch round cake pans with parchment paper.

2. Place the second cake on top of the first and frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining frosting.
3. Decorate the cake with assorted decorations, as desired.
