Stir in the melted vegan butter, sugar, and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Add the baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and flour and mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
