Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 12 ounces of digestive biscuits, such as graham crackers
- 5 tablespoons of butter, melted

- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ounces of Toblerone chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan with butter.
2. In a food processor, pulse the digestive biscuits until they are finely ground. Add the melted butter and pulse until well combined. Add the 2/3 cup of finely chopped Toblerone and pulse until combined. Pour the crumb mixture into the prepared pan and press it into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until it’s smooth and creamy. Add the sugar, vanilla extract and flour and beat until combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add the 4 ounces of finely chopped Toblerone and mix until combined.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture until combined.
5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
