1 Paneer Paratha – Delicious and Healthy Snack

In a large bowl, mix together the crumbled paneer, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves, oil and salt. Mix everything together until well combined.

In another large bowl, add the whole wheat flour and mix well. Then add the spiced paneer mixture to the flour and knead into a soft dough. Add a little water if required to make the dough soft and pliable.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a round ball. Take one ball of dough and roll it out into a thin circle using a rolling pin. Place the rolled paratha on a hot tava (griddle) and cook it until both sides are golden brown.

Once the paratha is cooked, remove it from the heat and serve hot with a dollop of butter and your favorite chutney.
