- 1 pound of penne pasta
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
