Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with butter.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and salt. Mix with a fork until it becomes crumbly.
3. Spread the crumb mixture into the baking pan and press it down. Bake for 15 minutes.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon juice, 1 and 1/2 cups sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and lemon zest. Pour the mixture over the crust.
5. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
6. Let cool before cutting into bars.

Ingredients:
