Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add 1/2 cup of the flour mixture to the brewed coffee and stir until well blended. Reserve remaining flour mixture.
In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Gradually add the coffee mixture, mixing until blended. Add the reserved flour mixture and mix until blended. Stir in the walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
