Jamie Oliver’s 15 Minute Meal Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 150g of plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- 200ml of semi-skimmed milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Mix together the flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large bowl until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the olive oil into a 12-hole muffin tin, and place into the oven for 3-4 minutes until the oil is hot.
