  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Stir in the olive oil and warm water and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and set aside to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the garam masala, cumin, turmeric, and chili powder and cook for 1 minute. Add the diced paneer and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the cream and cilantro and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a baking sheet with oil or non-stick spray.
  • Roll out the dough into a 12-inch (30-cm) circle and transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spread the paneer butter masala over the dough, leaving a 1-inch (2.5-cm) border. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses over the top.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
