Ingredients

  6. Using a ladle, scoop some of the batter into the pan and cook until the top is covered with bubbles and the edges are beginning to set (about 1-2 minutes).
  7. Flip the pancake over and cook for a further 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden and cooked through.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the pan with butter as necessary.
  9. Serve the pancakes with your favourite toppings.
