Instructions
Making the Koftas
1. In a large bowl, combine the grated paneer, mashed potatoes, ginger, green chillies, cashews, almonds, raisins, coriander, mint, sesame seeds, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined. 2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into small balls. 3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the kofta balls and deep-fry until they are golden brown. 4. Remove the koftas from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Making the Gravy
