Instructions

Making the Koftas

1. In a large bowl, combine the grated paneer, mashed potatoes, ginger, green chillies, cashews, almonds, raisins, coriander, mint, sesame seeds, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, and salt. Mix until everything is well combined. 2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into small balls. 3. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the kofta balls and deep-fry until they are golden brown. 4. Remove the koftas from the oil and drain on paper towels.

Making the Gravy

1. Heat oil and ghee in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add the onions and fry until they are golden brown. 3. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are softened. 4. Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. 5. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, kasuri methi, and cream and mix well. 6. Add the water and salt and bring the mixture to a boil. 7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
