4. Add the rinsed kidney beans and water. Give it a stir. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set the valve to ‘sealing’ position.
5. Cook on ‘High Pressure’ for 25 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.
6. Open the lid and stir the beans. If it is too thick, add some water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice or chapati.
