Ingredients

  • 500 gm boneless chicken
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small cubes and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder and garam masala powder.
  3. Add the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, salt and oil to the bowl and mix everything together.
  4. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat the chicken with the marinade.
  5. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  6. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the chicken pieces to the pan.
  7. Cook the chicken for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Add the lemon juice to the pan and cook for another minute.
  9. Serve the chicken kababs hot with a side of chutney.
