- 200 grams paneer cubes

- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add the cumin seeds, cardamom pods, and bay leaves. Fry for a minute or two until the spices are fragrant. Add the garlic and fry for a few more seconds.
Add the chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, and turmeric powder. Fry for a minute until the spices are well combined. Add the tomato puree and stir to combine. Reduce the heat to low and cook until the sauce thickens, about 8-10 minutes.
Add the cream and paneer cubes. Stir to combine and cook until the paneer cubes are heated through, about 5 minutes. Add the sugar and salt to taste. Stir to combine and cook for a few more minutes until the gravy has thickened.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or naan. Enjoy!
