Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and cook until they start to sizzle. Add onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, and coriander powder and cook for another minute. Add tomatoes, green chili, peas and carrots and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. Stir in cilantro and remove from heat.
