Instructions

Preparing the Kofta
In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, grated cauliflower, grated carrots, boiled peas, chopped cashew nuts, and cornstarch. Season with salt and mix well. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep-fry the koftas until golden brown. Once done, drain them on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
