Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Unroll the puff pastry sheet and cut into 12 equal sized rectangles.
- Place the rectangles onto a greased baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
