- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Stir in the warm water, melted butter, yogurt, and oil. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten each into a circle about 1/4-inch thick. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place one naan on the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes, until it starts to puff up and brown spots appear. Flip the naan and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until it is lightly browned.
