Ingredients
- 2 cups of cubed paneer

- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the cubed paneer, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix together until the spices are evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to combine and the paneer to marinate.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until it starts to turn golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add the marinated paneer and cook until it is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the tomato, sugar, and salt and cook until the tomato is softened and the mixture is fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Cook until the sauce is thickened and the paneer is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
