- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped

- 250ml chicken stock
- 200g cooked chicken, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat your oven to 200°C. Place the puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out to a 30cm round. Place the pastry into a 20cm pie dish and trim the edges. Prick the base of the pastry with a fork and place it into the fridge to chill.
