Ingredients

Instructions
To make this seafood risotto, begin by heating the oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat. Add the garlic, onion, celery, chilli flakes and fennel seeds and fry for 4-5 minutes. Stir in the tomato puree and fry for 1 minute more.
Pour in the risotto rice and stir to coat in the oil, then add the stock. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the frozen peas and the mixed seafood and cook for a further 5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked.
