Instructions for Making Dahi Vada

1. Soak the urad dal in water for 3-4 hours.
2. Drain the water, and then grind the urad dal to a coarse paste using a food processor.
3. Add the cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger, and coriander leaves to the paste and mix well.
4. Heat oil in a pan and add the mixture.
5. Fry the mixture until it is golden brown.
6. Take the fried mixture and shape it into small round balls.
