Ingredients

- 150g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 4 eggs
- 150g caster sugar
- 150g plain flour

- 50g dark chocolate

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20cm round cake tin with baking parchment. Put 150g of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and add 150g of butter. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water and stir until the chocolate and butter have melted.
