Instructions

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a 12-inch circle. Place the dough in a 9-inch pie plate and crimp the edges. Set aside.

To make the filling, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
