Ingredients

Finally, fold in the raisins and knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160°C and lightly grease a loaf tin. Place the dough into the tin and bake for 50 minutes. Allow the bread to cool in the tin for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
