Ingredients
- 1 pound paneer, cubed

Instructions
Start off by marinating the paneer. In a bowl combine the olive oil, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin powder, and cayenne pepper. Then add the cubed paneer and mix until all the cubes are coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Once the paneer has marinated, heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the onions. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onions are softened. Then add the marinated paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes. Once the paneer is lightly browned, add the diced tomatoes, water, and sugar.
