Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).



In a large baking dish, combine the rice, bell pepper, onion, chorizo sausage, peas, chicken broth, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil over the top and stir to combine.
