Instructions

Tandoori Roti

In a bowl, mix together the flour, oil, salt and warm water. Knead the dough until it forms a soft and pliable ball. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin round flatbread. Heat a tandoor to a high temperature. Place the flatbreads onto the walls of the tandoor and cook for 1-2 minutes, until it is cooked through and lightly charred on the edges. Remove from the tandoor and serve hot.

Naan
