  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the ginger, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, pepper and cayenne (if using), and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the cooked lamb, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and chicken broth, and stir to combine. Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
