Chicken 65 Gravy Recipe Sanjeev Kapoor
Ingredients
This delicious dish is made with a few simple ingredients. You will need: 500 gms of chicken, 2 cups of curd, 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste, 2 teaspoons of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 2 teaspoons of coriander powder, 2 teaspoons of garam masala, 2 teaspoons of coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 2 tablespoons of oil, and salt to taste.
Instructions
To begin, marinate the chicken in curd, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, and some salt for about 2 hours.
In a pan, heat the oil. Add the cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle. Now add the ginger-garlic paste and fry until the raw smell disappears.
Add the marinated chicken and fry on medium flame until it is done. Add the remaining red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste.
Stir and cook for a few minutes. Add some water and cook until the gravy thickens.
Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
