Instructions

3. Add the kimchi and cook for 2 minutes until it starts to soften.
4. Add the cooked white rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the kimchi mixture.
5. Add the soy sauce, gochujang, sesame seeds, and sugar. Stir to combine.
6. Push the rice mixture to one side of the skillet and add the vegetable oil.
7. Add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.
8. Mix the eggs into the rice mixture.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve hot.
