Instructions

To make the perfect Dahi Vada Recipe from Nisha Madhulika, follow these instructions:

  • Take Urad Dal in a bowl, add baking soda and soak it in water overnight.
  • In the morning, drain the water and grind the Urad Dal into a smooth paste.
