- 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon of Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 2 tablespoons of Cream
- 2 tablespoons of Kasuri Methi
- 2 tablespoons of Fresh Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste

Instructions:



To make this dish, here is what you need to do:

1. Heat a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Then add the chopped onions and sauté them for about 5 minutes.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for about 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cashew paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for about 2 minutes.
6. Add the paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for about 2 minutes.
7. Add butter, cream, and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook for another minute.
8. Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
9. Serve hot with jeera rice or chapati.
